We are committed to quality and authenticity. Each watch sold at Lucere Watches is guaranteed to be authentically branded, ensuring that you receive a genuine product. Our rigorous sourcing process helps maintain this standard.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. For more details on the return process, please refer to our return policy.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping across Egypt typically takes between 24 to 72 hours. We strive to ensure timely delivery to enhance your shopping experience.

What are the shipping costs?

The standard shipping fee is 45 EGP for all governorates. However, for Upper Egypt and remote areas, the shipping fee is 65 EGP. This ensures that we can deliver to a wide range of locations while maintaining reasonable costs.

Can I exchange a watch if I change my mind?

Exchanges are not directly facilitated. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original watch and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my watch arrives damaged?

It is important to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, our shipping services are limited to within Egypt. We are focused on providing efficient delivery across the country.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
